Who is behind Bridely Beads?Bridely Beads founder Lizzy Smith has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. The child of two successful entrepreneurs, Lizzy has been creating custom pieces for friends, family and local weddings for many years. It wasn't until a local wedding photographer asked her for a business card that it clicked that this is something she could do for a living. Lizzy brings the same passion and attention to detail to her jewelry making that made her a successful architectural engineer for many years. All necklaces are handmade and personally verified to live up to her exacting standards. Bridely Beads prides itself in providing true, high quality boutique jewelry designs at internet prices.What materials do you use in your jewelry?All of the pearls in our necklaces are 100% genuine freshwater pearls. Freshwater pearls are renowned for their variety of organic shapes and colors. These pearls have a wide range of natural variation providing each necklace with its own unique, organic look and feel. Think shabby chic for pearl necklaces – these necklaces are sophisticated without being stuffy. We love the necklaces we create and have a lot of pride in what we do. In order to provide you with a piece of jewelry that will last, we feel it is important to use real and natural products.How fast do you ship?All orders are made to order and will ship within 7 business days, but we will do our best to get them out sooner! We want you to have your new, beautiful jewelry in your hands and around your necks as quickly as possible! We understand that emergencies come up - Yes, there is such a thing as a jewelry emergency! So, if you need something sooner please email and provide us with both an email address and phone number where we can reach you to discuss options.Just remember, when you are looking at our shipping options to include the time for us to get your order made and packaged! Also, shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes, a physical address is necessary. For international orders, please email us for shipping charges. These will be based on price, weight, and destination. Our U.S. shipping/handling rates are as follows: UPS Standard Ground: $9.00 UPS 2nd Day Air: $25.00 UPS Next Day Air: $35.00 Do you do custom work?If you have something special in mind that you haven’t seen on our site, we would love to help make you the perfect necklace. Email us with your idea and send both an email address and phone number so that we can work closely with you to create the necklace or piece of jewelry of your dreams.If you see something you love on the site but would like a different color or other variation, just let us know and will we do our best to accommodate your request! What is your return policy?We want you to be happy with your selection! We gladly accept returns. For all returns please contact us by email for a return verification number to be included with the return shipment. For a full refund, please ship within 14 days in original, unused condition with all tags still attached. Between 14 and 90 days, items may be returned for a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, but we will work closely with you to ensure that you are going to receive what you are dreaming about. Any flaws or damage to the products we will take care of immediately. Please remember that we work mainly with natural stones and coloration variances and slight imperfections are part of the natural beauty in these stones.
