This number must be included with your return in order to be accepted. For a full refund, please ship within 14 days in original, unused condition with all tags still attached in original packaging. Between 14 and 90 days, items may be returned for a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, but we will work closely with you to ensure that you are going to receive what you are dreaming about. Any flaws or damage to the products we will take care of immediately.
